For pharma & biotech teams
Evidence intelligence for the decisions around your molecule
Patients take supplements, change their diet and exercise alongside your drug. ClinEvident grades the published human evidence on those combinations: what helps, what harms, and what was tested and did nothing. Your teams can answer with evidence instead of assumptions.
Four teams, one evidence base
Each team asks a different question of the same graded evidence. The null and harm results are often the most valuable, and the hardest to find in one place.
Medical Affairs
“What do we say when doctors ask about supplements with our drug?”
Graded, citable answers for scientific exchange, including the null results field teams are asked about most.
Clinical development
“Which supplements could confound our trial, and which extra arms are worth running?”
What the evidence shows for commonly used supplements, so you know what to restrict, record or test, and where a null result saves a trial arm.
Market access & HEOR
“Has a different form or preparation been tested against ours?”
Evidence kept separate by molecule and preparation, so a head-to-head result isn’t lost in a general summary. For internal decisions, not submission dossiers.
BD, lifecycle & safety
“Where is there a combination opportunity, or a population nobody has studied?”
Well-evidenced pairings worth a closer look, and flags for groups left out of the trials behind a benefit.
The lead offer
Asset Evidence Audit
For one molecule, we systematically search the published human evidence for adjuncts, harms and tested nulls, within a scope agreed up front, and grade each finding, with every grade traced to its sources. You get a written report and a citation table, delivered under NDA.
- Supplement, behavior and co-medication pairings with published human evidence
- Benefits, harms and null results given equal weight
- The population, dose and endpoint behind each finding
- Gaps: plausible pairings nobody has tested yet
Deliverables are for internal research and scientific exchange. They aren’t promotional material, and our license terms don’t allow them to be cited as promotional evidence. They aren’t cleared for any particular use, and promotion rules outside the US can be stricter. Reports aren’t a substitute for your own pharmacovigilance literature surveillance.

Coming next: a pharma view

How we stay independent
- No one can pay for a grade, or to change one. Every molecule is graded from the published evidence by the same method.
- Life-science companies can subscribe and commission work. The rules below keep that work separate from public grades.
- Client names and the assets they commission stay confidential.
- The method is published. Read how every grade is built.
What ClinEvident isn’t
- A systematic review service for HTA or payer submissions.
- A literature search tool. You get a finished, graded reading, not a list of papers.
- Medical advice, or a recommendation to use any product.
How commissioned work stays independent
A company that commissions an audit pays for the work, not for the result. These rules apply to every engagement.
- Same method, no input on results. Clients don’t review or shape grades before delivery. They can point out a factual error, such as a wrong dose or a misread trial, and nothing else — the same route open to anyone.
- Findings are delivered as they come out. Null results and harms around the client’s molecule are part of the report, favorable or not.
- No suppression. A client can’t keep a public grade off the site, or delay one.
- No paid priority. Commissioning work doesn’t move a molecule up the public grading queue. Anything new an audit finds joins the queue in the normal order.
- Public grades come only from public review. Findings in an audit report aren’t published ClinEvident grades until they’ve been through the normal review, and can’t be presented as them.
